G.O.A.T - GET OUTSIDE AND TRAIN

REGISTER NOW
Picture
Get Outside And Train is a FREE one hour basketball workout to keep girls moving and developing their skills during this season of COVID.  In addition to our Saturday morning in-person training, we will be offering 5 virtual training sessions for one hour on Wednesday evenings from 7pm - 8pm.  These dates have been scheduled for: April 28, May 12, May 26, June 9 & June 23.

Using the south parking lot of Senator O'Connor College School, there will be 4 portable 10 feet basketball nets spaced out where groups of 5 participants will be cohorted to a net.

Every week on a Saturday between 10am - 11am, we will be training a total of 20 girls for one hour outside.

PLEASE NOTE:  Washrooms, water fountains and parking will not be available on site.  Parkway Mall is the closest facility that has public washrooms and available parking.

We care about your safety.  To keep everyone who participates safe, we have provided extra cleaning and safety measures.  On site, we will have hand sanitizer and face masks available for those who wish to use one.  We will have 20 rubber basketballs for each participant to use so no one is sharing.  After each use, the rubber balls will be disinfected with a Lysol spray and placed in their cohorted bag.  Each net has their own designated pylons that will also be disinfected after each use and placed in their cohorted bag.

Upon arrival, registered participants will be screened and assigned a net.  They will remain at that net for the duration of the hour.  There will be no more than 5 participants at a net.  Should your daughter present symptoms on the day of her scheduled training, please stay home and contact us right away in order to allow for our wait list to be offered a spot.

Should you have further questions, we are offering a virtual Zoom meeting on April 22 at 7:30pm to address any concerns and answer any questions.
