Program Details
"Parents at Play" is a program that focuses on moving the physical body while building active and positive mental habits through a games approach for a power 30 minutes. 

This program is for parents aged 25 years and older 
of registered children from any one of our Fall sessions who want to get active and build their mental toughness.  Each week parents will warm-up, play, connect and stretch.

​Warm-up: There will be 5 minutes of warming up the body before active play.
Play: There will be 20 minutes of active play that involves targeted areas of the body using various sport equipment.

Connect: There will be 5 minutes of connecting on a life skill/habit while stretching.
​Length of Program
The program runs every Tuesday & Thursday starting March 26, 2026 - June 9, 2026.

Time:

Tuesday starting April 7 from 6:00pm - 6:30pm 
Thursdays starting March 26 from 6:45pm - 7:15pm

Equipment
All necessary equipment will be provided.  Adults need to wear active clothing and running shoes (t-shirts, shorts, jogging pants, etc.).  

Safety
  • Keep all fingernails trimmed (no long nails, acrylics, extensions, etc)
  • Jewellery must be taken off for safety concerns (hooped or dangling earrings, bracelets, chains & rings)

Location
The program will take place inside the gymnasium at Senator O’Connor College School located at 60 Rowena Drive, Toronto, ON, M3A 3R2.  Enter through the doors closest to the garbage bins.

Parking
Parking is available on site for free. Park on the left side of the school. Please avoid parking in front of the doors or you will be subject to a parking ticket.

Cost
$40 for 10 weeks if your child is registered in one of our Spring programs.
