g.a.b offers a Women's Basketball League for ages 18 and older. All proceeds fund and support our youth programs.
When you register, you are directly supporting a young girl in the development of her confidence in order to make healthy decisions about her future. Getting your own workout and helping a young girl is a win-win! No other league can promise that!

SPRING 4x4 LEAGUE:
Every Thursday starting April 16 - June 4, 2026 from 8:00pm - 9:00pm, teams will compete for 8 weeks for the ultimate Championship! You are guaranteed to play 2 games in one night for a total of 1hr of exercise. A schedule will be issued closer to the start date.
League Format:
What's included?
Forfeit Penalty Fee Per Individual
Please note, during the 8 weeks you are committing to the league. There should not be any forfeits. In the event your team does not have enough players - still show up to play for exercise. Otherwise, those players who do not show up to play will have to pay an immediate $20 forfeit fee for that week they missed out. Payment must be made within 24hrs of their missed game time or they will incur an additional $1 a day late penalty until the payment is received. If you have enough players (minimum 4), the forfeit fee does not apply.
Fees:
Each person on a team will pay the fee of $200 for 8 weeks. Whether you are an individual or you want to put a team together, just sign-up and compete! Includes league social on May 14.
Former g.a.b members will pay the fee of $160. A g.a.b member is defined as having been registered to at least one of our programs as a child/youth since 2005. A child/youth is defined as 17 years old and younger.

Senator O'Connor College High School located at 60 Rowena Drive, Toronto, ON, M3A 3R2. Free parking on site.

- Half-court 4 vs 4 runs
- 4 minutes warm-up
- Two, 12-minute halves run-time per game
- 1 time-out per half, no stop time. Can't use time out in the last 3 mins of the 2nd half
- 2 minutes half-time
- Two games per night
- Maximum 8 people on your roster

- Refereed games (1 per court - 2 referees for Championship Game only)
