The Program
Build Your Skills is an 8-week training program that focuses on building skills needed to become a basketball athlete for girls aged 9-12 years old (grade 4-7). Skills include shooting, lay-ups, dribbling, passing, footwork and defense.

This program is divided into two sections for girls who are just learning the game and girls who want to build on their existing skills.  Each week participants will be trained for one hour on specific skills and will look to compete against themselves and or against a teammate for skill improvement.

This program runs from October 9 - December 11, every Thursday from 6:00pm-7:00pm. Blackout dates are: November 20 & December 4, 2025. *Dates subject to change. We may go until Dec. 18 if there are any foreseeable cancellations beyond our control.
