Welcome to g.a.b - girls addicted to basketball's FIT & FLOW experience for Women ages 18+.
This is a 4-Saturday packed with 1 hour of physical activity to keep you fit & 1 hour of a wellness activity to elevate your internal flow.

HOW IT WORKS
There are two classes to choose from every Saturday starting May 24.
Class 1: 10am - 11am: Pick ONE fitness activity first
Class 2: 11am - 12pm: Pick ONE flow activity second
All activities will be located in different rooms inside Senator O'Connor College School:
60 Rowena Drive, Toronto, ON, M3A 3R2
Cost: STUDENT: $10 per week (present student card on arrival)
ADULT: $20 per week
