Sandy Pothier, former head coach of women’s basketball at Ryerson University understood the importance of youth success on and off the court and created a partnership with g.a.b to influence youth to be committed to goals and achieve them through hard work. She inspired the “Girls Night Out” event, where g.a.b participants meet with the varsity team to learn about what it takes to be a successful student-athlete.
