Become a Coordinator
g.a.b welcomes experienced coordinators to join the existing coaching staff to inspire and lead in the development of girls basketball programming.
Duties & Responsibilities
Responsible for collecting registration fees, communicating to parents, sending out reminder emails about the program, ensuring safety of player and coaches. Ensuring each coach submits lesson plans that are of excellent quality, facilitate coaches meetings, organizing all promotional materials, ordering prizing, organizing documentation of all incidents, volunteer hours, registration fees, budgets and lesson plans. Reports to Director and submits final report of program deliverables and areas of improvements. Coordinator is the first one in the gym and last to leave.
Requirements
Must have first aid/CPR training, experience with managing budgets, reporting and scheduling. Must demonstrate leadership qualities and embody the art of being a team player, and possess an excellent rapport with parents and children. Will need two references.
