Bio: Alana Laws is a basketball & fitness performance trainer, and life coach. She is the founder and CEO of Concrete Connection. Alana earned her Bachelors of Arts in Psychology. Alana's basketball journey from high school to playing professional overseas has sparked a curiosity and connection between self-perception & performance. This granted her the opportunity to run fitness performance programs and skill development training for both youth and adults, which she uses as a resource to empower and inspire the next generation of women & girls.
Bio: As a former athlete with a passion for strength and conditioning, I’ve always believed in the power of pushing limits and feeling confident in your own skin. Now, I am offering this class to help others build that same strength—both physically and mentally. I want to inspire you to push yourself, embrace your strength, and leave each session feeling unstoppable and empowered. Let's crush those goals together!
Bio: Adenike is the owner of Just2sweat where the intersection of fitness and faith brings about life-changing transformations. Her goal is to help you rewrite your wellness journey in order to maintain alignment. As a Kinesiologist, Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Life Coach and Nutritional Specialist, she focuses on offering one-on-one, online, and in-person group training, with expertise in catering to women over 35, adults with disabilities, and providing strength and conditioning training for athletes. She also leads corporate fitness and wellness workshops and fitness classes. Additionally, she serves as a mentor for young individuals and leads the Women’s Ministry at her local church.
Just2Sweat Inc: We provide in-person and online bootcamps, as well as 1:1 training. Our online bootcamps are held on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at 6pm, with the option for replays if you miss a class. In-person bootcamps are available in Brampton on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6pm, and Saturday mornings at 9am. Additionally, Adenike conducts corporate workshops focusing on overall health and wellness, along with variety of exercise classes such as HIIT, Flex and Flow, and mindful movement with affirmations. Classes are $190 for 7 weeks of online bootcamp ( includes 3 classes per week) Drop in rate is $20.00 per class $270 for 6 weeks of in person bootcamp ( includes 3 classes per week) Drop in rate is $25.00 per class Personal training is $780 for 8 sessions $1060 for 12 sessions plus taxes. Bio: Suzanne is a passionate yoga instructor at Vibe Ten Studio. Suzanne centres her classes through authenticity, power, becoming grounded, and finding the balance between doing and being. She will guide you through yoga postures to connect deeper to tuning into yourself and bring forth a calming presence. With certifications in Pranayama Breathwork, Ayurveda Nutrition, and Sound Bowl healing, Suzanne constantly applies her learning to positively impact the lives of others.
Vibe Ten Studio: We offer group yoga and fitness classes in the Yonge and Eglinton area of Toronto. We have an excellent program for anyone impacted by financial hardship called the "Higher Vibes Program" which allows members to attend class on a sliding scale price point, making yoga and wellness more accessible. To apply for this program simply email [email protected] and share with us how yoga can benefit you. Regular drop-in rates are $28 per class. Additionally, our studio offers Personalized Movement Training for those looking to bring more well-rounded health and wellness into their routines, Yoga Teacher Trainings, and Cold Plunge and Sauna sessions.
