The Program
Build Your Skills program is a 10 week training only program that focuses on building skills needed to become a basketball athlete for girls aged 9-12 years old. This program is divided in two sections for girls who are just learning the game and girls who want to build on their existing skills. Each week participants will be trained for one hour on specific skills and will look to compete against themselves and or against a teammate for skill improvement.
Equipment
Size 6 basketballs will be on site for participants to use. Participants need to wear active clothing and running shoes (t-shirts, shorts, jogging pants, etc.).
Price
The cost of the program for six weeks is $125.
